1 8-inch graham cracker crust
1 5-ounce package cook and serve chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
4-ounce cannabis infused cream cheese
4-ounces cream cheese
2 Drops Thin Mint Cookie Terp Profile by True Terpenes
1 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon plain gelatin
10 Mint Thin Cookies or choice of mint cookie for garnish
Add milk, then pudding mix to sauce pan. Bring to boil, cooking according to directions on package. Add cream cheese into warm pudding, stir until fully incorporated. Cool slightly before adding terpenes. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate several hours, until firm.
Whip heavy whipping cream, gelatin and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Pipe onto set chocolate pie. Garnish with cookies. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
