Easy gluten free, 4 ingredient cannabis infused peanut butter cookies!
Yields 13 cookies Bake 350 for 7-9 minutes
3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/4 cup cannabis infused butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Combine all ingredients until well incorporated. Portion 13, approximately 1-inch balls onto ungreased, parchment lined cookie sheet. Press with fork to create criss-cross. Sprinkle with sugar (optional).
Bake in hot, 350 degree F. oven for 7-9 minutes, turning at 4 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
*My oven bakes a little hot, so I bake them and all my cookies at 300 degree F. to prevent over browning!
These cookies have just over 1 teaspoon cannabutter per cookie.
